The most important pillar of foreign trade, which has a great importance in the development of countries, is export. Increasing exports increases the wealth created in the country and causes production efficiency to increase. Understanding this importance, our country established the first Exporters' Association in 1937 with the signature of Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK. There are 61 of these Unions operating in 27 exporting sectors.

In line with the rapidly developing economy, the Exporters' Associations, operating at 66 points, have included almost all of the export centers, 35 of which are online Liaison Offices, within the body of 13 General Secretariats, in 31 provinces, within the scope of their policy of bringing the service to the exporter, within the scope of direct service. becomes a member of the relevant Exporters' Associations according to their fields. Each Exporters' Association has a Board of Directors, which is elected every four years.

Central Anatolian Exporters' Unions General Secretariat, whose short name is OAIB; It started its operations in Ankara in 1989 to serve exporters of cement, glass, ceramics and other soil products.

"Cement, Glass, Ceramics and Soil Products Exporters' Association", "Machinery and Accessories Exporters' Association", "Central Anatolian Ornamental Plants and Products Exporters' Association", "Air Conditioning Industry Exporters' Association" and "Defense and Aviation Industry Exporters' Association" are among the eight unions. They are the only Exporters' Association in Turkey in their sectors. The Central Anatolian Exporters' Association, which continues its services wherever exports are carried out, operates with its Ankara headquarters, Konya and Ankara Logistics Base Kazan liaison offices.

SERVICES OF OAIB
Since its establishment, OAIB has attained a structure that expresses the problems of the sub-sectors in the field of activity, produces solutions, and successfully represents its members in domestic and international platforms, in line with its establishment purpose and vision. However, this is not considered sufficient, and it continues to work by adapting itself to every innovation in order to adapt to the globalizing and developing world in the best way and to offer the information it has acquired to the service of its members.

Through the Information Center, all kinds of foreign trade, customs, market finding (importer and distributor contact information), documents, export, import procedures and regulations, state aids, solution of problems encountered in foreign trade, sector, country information, manufacturer information, etc. Their demands are met and all questions on this subject are answered.
Production, exports, imports, prices, competitors in international markets and information created within the framework of the legislation within the scope of the subjects falling within its field of activity are monitored in an up-to-date manner.
Contribution is provided to the preparation of Türkiye Exporters Guide.
All kinds of information that exporters may need regarding the target country and products are compiled and made available for the use of the members who wish.
Daily, weekly and monthly export records figures are monitored.
In order to evaluate and increase the export potential of our sectors and members, product and market analyzes are conducted in target countries and the results are announced to our members.
Problems encountered by our members during export are communicated to the relevant institutions and organizations and necessary steps are taken to solve them.
Training seminars are held in order to guide our member companies to export and to support them in gaining competitive power in world markets.
Our members are informed by monitoring national and international congresses, seminars, symposiums and conferences.
Representatives of the buyer countries are invited to Turkey, enabling them to get in touch with the member exporting companies. In addition, trade delegation visits are organized to the target countries, and one-on-one meetings are held between the businessmen of the visited countries and our exporters.
In order to help our exporters' efforts to create a market, in order to develop existing markets and enter target markets, direct national participation is organized in the fairs held in the target countries, as well as other important fairs that companies can participate in with the national participation organization or individually, are announced to our members and also published on our website.
With competitions such as Furniture Design Competition, Ceramic Design Competition and Air Conditioning Design Competition, the design awareness of the sectors is improved, productivity, quality and diversity are ensured in this direction, and the competitiveness of the sectors is increased.
Workshops are organized in which the problems, solution proposals and projects of the 8 Exporters' Associations are determined, thus ensuring sector synergies and developing cooperation awareness.
In the Machinery Sector, monthly "Moment-Expo (www.moment-expo.com)" and "Çiçek Vizyon Magazine" are published to provide information about the developments and trends in the sector.
Under the coordination of the Ministry of Economy, cooperation with TİM, with the contribution of Istanbul, Aegean and Mediterranean Exporters' Associations, new designs are brought to the sector by organizing the "Exporters' Associations-National Furniture Design Competition (www.designforexport.org) every year in order to support the development of the furniture industry and to emphasize the importance of design for the industry." .
Import requests and cooperation proposals, which are periodically delivered to the General Secretariat by our Trade Consultants abroad, are regularly conveyed to our members and other relevant institutions. In addition, the said information is also published on our WEB site (www.oaib.org.tr).
The country and product information of exporting companies that have been exporting in the last two calendar years and whose membership is open and whose address information is up-to-date are published in Turkish and English on our WEB site (www.oaib.org.tr) under the name "Turkish Exporters Directory".
Customs declarations are approved and followed up both from the headquarters and liaison offices of the General Secretariat and via the e-Union system.
Registration, consignment and free export transactions are carried out and exporters are informed.
Attempts are made before the relevant authorities to solve the problems faced by the companies during their export transactions.
"Performance and Reliability Certificate" is issued.
Participation in studies on the preparation of export legislation and the regulation of our country's relations at the international level is ensured, and sector opinions and suggestions on this subject are conveyed to relevant institutions and organizations.
Applications within the scope of state aid and support for export are being evaluated.
ATR, EUR-1, EUR-MED are issued.
